Course description
In the research-oriented Master European Politics program, you will gain empirical knowledge and develop theoretical and methodological skills. These competencies will help you analyze political disputes, decision-making processes, and policy content within European states and the European Union framework. We prepare you for roles related to Europe in politics, business, and associations, as well as for pursuing a political science doctorate in European politics. Some courses in this postgraduate program are exclusively in English. During the third semester, you will either study abroad or complete an internship relevant to your studies. In the methods course, you can choose to focus on either qualitative or quantitative methods. The program is deeply integrated into the University of Bremen's robust and internationally oriented social science research landscape. Without a good command of the German language, you will not be able to study successfully in Germany and at the University of Bremen. It is therefore a requirement for enrollment in all undergraduate programs offered by the University that you can prove you have sufficient knowledge of German at least at C1 level. There are a few study programs for which lower levels are sufficient. Qualification Requirements
