Transformation Management in Digital Societies
Subjects: Transformation Management;Transformation
M.A. | Master of Arts
Course description
The digital transformation brings significant challenges to business, politics, and civil society. It will raise critical questions in the future, demanding answers essential for the common good and testing the resolve of future decision-makers. To navigate this transformation, we need experts who can integrate the complexities of technology and business. These experts must leverage their understanding of technological and social dynamics to create comprehensive, long-term scenarios that benefit society. The interdisciplinary two-year Master's degree program, Transformation Management in Digital Societies (DS), primarily taught in English, equips students to grasp, predict, and guide the digital transformation across business, society, politics, and culture. This program emphasizes methods, theories, and practical research, preparing students to become "change makers" who are socially, ethically, and technologically aware. Students will delve into study subjects that bridge various sectors, fostering a holistic understanding of digital transformation. They will learn to anticipate future trends and challenges, ensuring they can contribute meaningfully to the common good. This program aims to develop leaders who can navigate the complexities of our digital age with sensitivity and foresight.
