Course description

Diversity is a cornerstone of modern life. By embracing varied skills and viewpoints, society, individuals, and organizations can flourish. You aim to delve into gender, LGBTQIA+, mental health, and anti-racism, creating spaces to discuss intersectional identities and social positions related to gender, race, age, religion, and disability. You seek to understand how inequalities emerge and explore feminist, postcolonial, and queer theories to develop impactful diversity management tools. The program emphasizes developing perspectives and tools in D&I management (diversity and inclusion) and intercultural management, grounded in cultural and social sciences. You'll study cultural theories, social psychology, management, and organizations, focusing on interpretative and qualitative methods. The curriculum and activities will hone your critical reflection skills, enabling you to tackle significant issues like privilege, marginalization, and global crises. A semester abroad at one of our partner universities will further enhance your skills. This experience will deepen your understanding and prepare you to make meaningful changes in society.

For our Bachelor programs, your English language skills at level C1 must be proven by an IELTS certificate (min. 6.5 overall score), a TOEFL certificate (min. 100 points)

Proof of sufficient knowledge of English For our Bachelor programs, your English language skills at level C1 must be proven by an IELTS certificate (min. 6.5 overall score), a TOEFL certificate (min. 100 points), or the ISE III from Trinity College London. Applicants with a German Abitur already have the English language level B2 to C1. However, a mandatory Oxford online test must still be completed via the university.
