Qualification Requirements
The application deadline is 15 November each year. Applications are submitted centrally for both study locations via the University of Applied Sciences Nürtingen-Geislingen. Information about the application procedure can be found here. Admission takes place via a selection procedure. Students who meet the following requirements are admitted to the IMLA: Proof of a completed Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning, Landscape Construction and Management, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning or comparable degree programmes with a degree from a German University of Applied Sciences or comparable degree from a foreign university. Successful completion of the selection procedure with the following criteria: First degree subject, average grade in first degree, final thesis in first degree, knowledge and experience relevant to Landscape Architecture and Spatial Development based on corresponding activities. Proof of an English language certificate at level B2 (CEFR). By the end of the first year of study, non-German-speaking students must submit a German language certificate at level A2 (CEFR)
