Qualification Requirements
A general admission prerequisite for the master's program is certification of a degree from a discipline-relevant bachelor's program in the field of Economics or Political Science or certification of a comparable domestic or foreign qualifying university degree. Fundamental economic knowledge must have been acquired in the professionally qualifying bachelor's degree program or in comparable university degree programs with a study focus on Economics; that is, at least 72 credit points (ECTS) in Economics subjects and the associated ancillary sciences (e.g. Mathematics for Economists, Statistics). At least 54 credit points must have been earned in Economics subjects. The bachelor's degree or a comparable university degree with a study focus in Political Science or a related subject area must have been evaluated with a grade average of at least B (corresponding to the grade of 2.0 "Good") or better.
