Specialisation through Interdisciplinarity The strength of the programme lies in the opportunity for individual specialisation. With numerous chairs in various areas of business administration and a wide range of courses in economics and social sciences, students can tailor their education to their interests. The WiSo Faculty at the University of Cologne offers a unique selection of specialisation opportunities in Germany. Intensification through Small Groups Despite being a large faculty, the Cologne WiSo Faculty encourages a personal approach by working in small groups. This method is applied not only in special courses for higher semesters but also in certain basic and advanced courses. This ensures that students receive focused attention and a more engaging learning experience. Practical Relevance Application-oriented seminar courses are a core part of the curriculum. These courses allow students to collaborate with companies, demonstrating the practical relevance of the teaching material.
