Course description
The growing world population, climate change, and intensive water use in industry, agriculture, and the energy sector make sustainable water management an existential task. This course of study addresses these critical issues. We will teach you the central points of water technology: fresh water production, treatment of wastewater from households and industry, and water as an emission-free energy source. Our focus extends beyond technologies established in water-rich countries. We delve into seawater desalination, hygiene solutions for developing countries, and the prevention of conflicts over water.
