Course description
The Master's degree in Social Design & Sustainable Innovation rethinks the current system, focusing on the urgent social and planetary crises. The aim is to cultivate a new generation of radical, revolutionary designers. You'll engage in artistic research, cooperation, co-creation, and other qualitative research methods. The program prioritizes fairness, transparency, and sustainability. Key subjects include social design, social campaigning, corporate design in a social context, socially engaged art, digital innovation, social design theory, and design practice. These are explored through visual communication, editorial design, photography, film, web development, and design thinking. You'll collaborate with partners from creative industries and other organizations to develop social innovations, campaigns, and design solutions for a sustainable future. Through real-world projects, you'll create effective solutions and concrete visions for a better world.
