Language requirements Demonstration of very good English language skills by earning the minimum required grade on an internationally recognised test . German language skills do not have to be demonstrated for the enrolment. However, students should be aware that German language skills make studying as well as daily life at Göttingen University much easier.
Qualification Requirements
Admission requirements B.A. degree or equivalent degree Proof is required of credits in the sub-areas of English: Anglophone and North American literature and cultural studies; English linguistics; history of the English language, and language practice amounting to at least 50 credits, including at least 25 credits in the sub-areas of Anglophone and North American literature and cultural studies, English linguistics or history of the English language.
