Course description
In today’s globalized economy, more companies are competing on international markets. To succeed, they need managers with international qualifications, intercultural competence, and business expertise. The M.Sc. International Business program is designed to prepare future business leaders for thriving in some of the world's fastest-growing economic regions. Students spend their first year in Tübingen, where they gain deep knowledge in various international business subjects of their choice. In the second year, they specialize in either East Asia or sub-Saharan Africa, studying at one or two of the most prestigious universities in these regions. The M.Sc. in International Business is a 4-semester program. To graduate, students must earn a total of 120 ECTS credits, which includes an 18 ECTS credit Master thesis. This program equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the global market.

Qualification Requirements
Admission to the M.Sc. in International Business requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or Economics or a comparative degree with excellent grades. Applicants are expected to have solid intermediate level knowledge of Business Studies, Economics and Statistics. Having already studied Business or Economics with a focus on East Asia or Africa is a clear advantage.
