Embedded Systems Design
Subjects: Embedded Systems Design;Technology
M.Sc. | Master of Science
Course description
From washing machines to satellites, nearly every product or machine on the market today relies on integrated digital technology or software to function and perform. Embedded systems are everywhere in technical installations and utilities. These "hidden" systems are crucial for product innovations in mechanical and plant engineering, as well as in medical and scientific devices. The University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven advances this field with its Master Programme in Embedded Systems Design. An embedded system combines mechanical or mechatronic systems with electronic components and software to perform essential functions through open or closed loop control. Students in this program study subjects like Digital Systems/VHDL, System-on-Chip Design, and mechatronic and discrete control systems. These modules equip them to develop and implement cutting-edge embedded systems.
